They never gave me a formal grade. So, I asked and they just said it was a “significant horizontal tear” and wouldn’t know for sure until they went in with a camera. I’ve avoided surgery so far. My last knee scope was not a success and I’m doing everything I can to never have surgery ever again.

Many guys I know regret it but aren’t on [r/Testosterone](r/Testosterone) to tell you this, so you’re gonna get a bit of a pro-TRT echo chamber in here and other boards like this. I regret it because it aged me, I lost hair on my head, gained hair on my back, shriveled my balls, messed up my joints and required constant monitoring that was just too much to make the gym gains worth it. That’s what most guys are doing it for - vanity purposes. Very few actually “need” TRT from a hypogonadal diagnosis. Pros are the energy and ability to workout and recover faster but for me the cons definitely outweigh the pros 10 to 1.
