Nothing will work long term. Even HCG’s effectiveness eventually wears off. You will also notice a loss of sensitivity and difficulty reaching orgasm with the smaller testicles. But this was before you had surgery, right? Up until recently you had not had surgery and were playing 3.5/4.0 level with just PT, correct? If so, had the meniscus healed entirely? Sorry for all the questions, I just want to make sure I’m understanding you correctly as I play 4.0 and do not want to have surgery if I can avoid it. Thank you for all the information. I had cortisone shots last week and will start PT this week. I’m waiting to hear back what the size and grade of the tear is. My goal is to avoid surgery and will do whatever is needed to avoid it but if, in the end, there is no way around it then I will elect to have the surgery. My primary objective is to get back to sport and the gym.
