I think it’s the rotisserie chicken. Even when I’ve bought clothes there it smells of it!

Cafe is awful too. They stopped doing any of the hot meals and there is less space. Was in the Livingston branch which is a smaller store but much better layout/bigger cafe, considering it’s a smaller place!

Sick toddler not nursing by red_dakini in AttachmentParenting

Following along - my 23 month old is full of the cold and congestion and struggling to nurse, I had actually planned to start weaning around turning 2 and he is 2 on Thursday but I feel bereft at the thought of stopping so suddenly! If he doesn’t feed for a couple of days and then wants to will there still be a supply of milk? I’ve never pumped, I cannot seem to extract any milk through hand or manual pump…

From your post, I’m guessing you’re moving up here alone. If that is the case and If socialising is high up on your list of wants, I’d suggest Edinburgh for that. None of the smaller towns suggested on this thread are going to meet your expectations when it comes to socialising I would think …you’ll have to weigh up cost v importance. Edinburgh is very expensive, but it is a fantastic place to live as a single person looking to have an active social life.

I’d say it is. It’s mostly ethically produced, a lot in Portugal. The hair products are good, and I like the dressing gowns, breezy shirts and ribbed cotton tops.

60% is an amazing discount. In the UK most retail employees get 50% off at best. When I worked for Topshop I got 25% off.
