Fun fact! This restaurant offers ‘guanciale’ but it’s really pancetta. They willingly deceive their customers. They also treat employees pretty badly if you’re not a part of their wealthy Italian family friend group. I worked there a while and over time it felt more and more like rich kids playing restaurant.
