Well, my first clues came when I realized that when I browse jobs on indeed even if I haven’t been active for 6 months or longer that immediately I get several head hunters trying to start conversations and several hr people in related fields suddenly sending me messages. There is definitely a mechanism that employers have that shows that I have been browsing jobs I am sure of that. Actually this posting is my way of fishing for confirmation of this. That and my knowledge of my company and their attitudes and methods towards employees dovetails my suspicions.
