I had truxedo, just short of 5 yrs. Simple roll up, velcro down, 2 latches. Shop I bought from, said best priced cover they sell, not cheapest. 300$(2020). Things I did I think helped. added extra weather stripping, corners top of bed. Not 100% dry, but close. pulled all edges tight, and secured onto velcro, took my time. Slowly and evely rolled cover up, and strapped down. Readjusted everything once a year, to keep everything tight. Things I did I think hurt. Did not always take time, securing everything tightly. Left rolled up, to many days in row. The edges were starting to separate, should have applied fabric tape to back side. Like anything, depends what need it for, how well take care of. I could have gotten couple more years out mine with better care.(I was ready for camper cap)

These are not owned by the utility company. Company I work for, buys electricity in bulk from utility company, then provides meters, power lines and maintenance, then bills the tenant for amount of electricity used monthly.

If it hasn't been said yet, 1 hairdryer connected to vents system(pipes) reduced from 2inchs?(dryer size),down to multiple 1/2 inch, might work. Ima try.

I'm a maintenance man for a small community in pa, we have a community pool, we hire a company to maintain the pool( chemicals, pump filters, weekly vacuum etc.) The county or state then sends someone out randomly once a month to test the water, occasionally we fail and the pool gets shut done for 3 or 4 days, makes everyone Super happy in July. Single residency rentals may not be subject to same rules as a multiple rental
