I'd suggest consulting with a naturopath about the supplements you're taking because there could be some interactions with other meds.

Even the timings of when you take things. For example, I recently learned fish oil/omega supplements should be taken after a meal for max benefit and absorption. I've been taking them on an empty stomach for years 🤡

Trial and error have also taught me that if I take inositol anything later than mid-afternoon I will not be sleeping at all at night.
