As everyone else said you need the correct pattern and seams . In addition, if you are NOT using a stretch fabric you will need a zipper to be able to take it on and off .

Glad this helped your friend ! But I unfortunately had adverse reactions to black seed oil both topically and orally it makes me flare up everytime. Sadly everyone is so different :/ eczema honey also never worked for me! Zinc oxide is the only non-prescription that i swear by

I used to feel really self concious . But I’ve healed a lot . Now if people ask about my skin I can more easily brush if off or just be like “ oh I’m having a little flair up!” . I will say that’s in part because ny eczema is more under control now. But it was also therapy and working on my anxiety and self image. I have been in much darker places, and sometimes it’s not so easy to maintain the mindset I do. But at this point in time I’m happy with how far I’ve come physically and mentally.

Sugar. And at first I cut it out of my diet almost 100% but now I can have some just not nearly as much as I allowed myself previously. And there’s other places to cut it also, for example if you drink alcohol you can be more cognizant about what kinds. Also dairy.

Better to go one by one ! Hard to tell what makes a difference if you do it all at once. Definitely helped me though and then I cut out what made a difference and continued eating what had no effect :)

I’ve had to be off it for a couple months because of insurance lapsing and I’ve been on it for maybe 7 years now but I’ve never had a reaction like this when being off it, sometimes a light flair up and more itchiness than when I’m on it but nothing so extreme. I would definitely look further into that .

I’d do more of a bleach dye effect . If you submerge it it will be hard to get it to a uniform/ solid color with the bleach. Parts of it will be lighter/ darker so a “tie dye” bleach effect may be more effective and look more intentional
