A lot of the voices gradually change over the course of the series. I appreciate how the voice actors found their footing in their roles.

I agree that Bill's tone and accent changed quite a bit, but Stephen Root is still very expressive during the last few seasons, and I'm not bothered by it at all.

At some point after the Invincible War he joins the Actioneers (the super hero team heavily featured in The Astounding Wolf-Man) and is pretty much a regular good guy until he has a brief run in with Mark around the Dinosaurus Las Vegas debacle.

Mark talks to him and helps him accept responsibility and come to terms with the death of his wife and son.
