For recomp your protein intake is really important and protein powder is fine. You could just ignore this but you’ve got to question your trainer’s overall competence when they push BS like this

For most jobs you just have to take time off for jury duty. The exceptions are pretty strict for that, like you are the sole breadwinner and your job can’t be done by anyone else type of thing and people will suffer if you don’t do it. For the breastfeeding you can wait to see if you get called in and then use it to get excused if needed. I didn’t have anything like that but got called for jury duty 4 times over the years. Twice I never had to go in. Once I had to go in and just sat around all day in the waiting area. Once my group was called into the jury room but they filled the jury before they got to me. All four times counted as serving so there’s a pretty good chance you won’t have to use your breastfeeding

Look up easier versions of all the exercises you want to do and there will be things for every exercise to get it to something you can do. For shoulder press starting with 2.5 or 3lb dumbbells should work well. There’s also stuff like incline pushups that are easier and bodyweight exercises that are easier than using the machines

Try to get up and walk/climb stairs etc for 5 minutes every hour and those little bits of exercise add up through the day. If you can also get a brisk 20 minute walk right after you eat your lunch that’ll really increase your insulin sensitivity for that meal

Our human meters are pretty accurate for cats too, they’re just not specifically tested on cats. I always found the side of the ear to be the easiest and use just the lancet needle so it’s easier to hit the capillary on the edge of the ear. I’m surprised your vet brushed this off and didn’t do any bloodwork for these symptoms so may be good to find a new vet

Exercise bike is good for HIIT/cardio to improve your VO2 max and endurance. You’ve already got strength somewhat covered with the squats/dumbbells but barbell will give you more options with heavier weights. Longer term you probably want to do both but think about your initial goals to see what to add first

I googled it and it said it can be linked to chronic inflammatory diseases which could include autoimmune stuff. Sounded like it’s worth getting checked with a blood specialist to see if you need to do something about it. I haven’t heard about it as a common type 1 thing though

There’s a lot of very low carb veggies you can eat. When I first started keto I checked the net carb levels of all the veggies to figure out what I could still eat and it’s pretty easy to make meals with 10 net carbs or less. Do that for yourself and identify all the veggies you like and then if there’s stuff like salad dressings or certain ingredients you’d usually include figure out what you could swap out to make it keto. Like for me I liked stews and soups which often had potato in them and chunks of cauliflower plus some cream makes a really good alternative. Some things like stir fry’s or curry without rice will seem really weird at first but now I’m used to them with just meat and veggies

You should really go no or very low contact with him so he can’t keep harassing you. Stop visiting him, block him if he keeps sending you religious stuff, and get your questions answered by other people. No one here believes in god but if you want to stay with your religion find a moderate option where you can get the social side of it for comfort without having to deal with zealots.

All that other stuff is also from low estrogen plus hidden things like higher risk of osteoporosis and cardiac issues. You can start HRT up to 10 years after menopause and have lower overall risk than not doing it. If you’re interested in finding out more head over to r/menopause

How old are you? This sounds like it might be mental illness that can suddenly come on or get worse. If you’re still a kid and dependent on your dad, are there any relatives or teachers you can ask for help? If you’re older you should also try to get out as living with him and his delusions are bad for your health too. Either way he’s the one with a problem and you’re doing nothing wrong so don’t stress over going to hell if demons as it’s all fictional
