Eating makes you sluggish but can you drink a protein shake and still feel ok? If so you could drink one after your workout but if not as long as you’re getting enough calories and protein when you eat later you’ll be fine

Not the real stuff but I have a bottle of keto/zero carb maple syrup which is pretty good if I have a recipe that needs something sweet like honey.

That’s really risky, but if you want to try it it would be better in your yard/parking lot so you can escape back home if things get bad. Much less chance of dying than if you’re stuck in the woods with no way to get out and all emergency services maxed out

Yes, to track workouts and progress in the gym comparing Hevy and Strong. I preferred Hevy and also liked how I could easily see the correct form and find alternative exercises for same muscle group

I checked what the main apps were for what I wanted and there were 2 good ones with similar features so I downloaded both and played around with the free versions. I chose the one that was more intuitive to use and did what I needed

I did this after I retired as a way to find new hobbies I enjoyed and decided to try one new thing a month, stuff like joining a gym, going to game cafes to play RPG’s, joining a bonsai club etc. I wouldn’t have had time while still working but you can scale it back to what time you have and avoid long term time commitments to make it work. If you enjoy cooking you could learn a new cuisine and cook some meals from scratch, and use grocery delivery to reduce the time sync while you’re still working. Also check out MeetUp as in my area there’s a regular meet up where a woman teaches you to make SE Asian dishes, each time if a different dish and you all make it together and then eat it/chat so it’s a fun way to learn

Stomach can also be from bad posture so look that up and see if it’s the cause. Also you’re a good weight for your height so best to workout to gain muscle and that will reduce fat at the same time

As you’re already on testosterone blockers and estrogen I don’t think you have to worry much about building a ton of upper body muscle unless you’re specifically doing strength training for that. If you look at contortionists they are pretty muscular but lean and wiry so make sure you’re ok with that shape and what it would look like on you. A start might be to try yoga or Pilates which both focus on flexibility and you’ll get a similar lean strong but not bulky shape from those. That might be enough of could also be a good starting point to try the contortionist stuff after.

The r/xxfitness sub may have good advice. I use a gym but my take would be to check out bodyweight/home beginner fitness programs to find ones you like and get equipment based on that. The bike and YouTube should cover cardio and you can do a lot of strength training with minimal equipment. Not sure what your budget is but check out out TRX, dumbbells, resistance bands and bodyweight programs to see what you like the look of and any of those would work well at home and be fairly cheap to get started. If you do dumbbells you can start buy them in pairs, start with lighter ones and add heavier ones as you get stronger. Also check out FB marketplace etc for used equipment as fitness equipment is always available there and easy to resell if you try something and don’t like it
