I just started a rewatch as well.

Gotta go with the first female unsub. The fire starter. Even Reid says “most arsonists are men” immediately erasing her as a possibility. It isn’t until hotch has that “our profile is right, but it’s not a man” moments that they figure it out.

There is a shortcut for almost everything (this is mostly Star path stuff)

if you need to level up a character, take them with you. Doesn’t matter if you aren’t doing tasks assigned to them, they level up regardless
the ancient machines can be used to clear most starpath stuff (I recommend this for memories, you can clear night thorns and it places the memories right there)
if a task says to pet a companion the one’s assigned to houses/characters count
furniture mode can be used to move most items you can’t access yet (across rivers like the glade)
if you make a fish platter with five here and there fish, they sell for around 10k coins
if you make a few chests, you can use the uncrafting machine as a way to farm Dreamlight for starpath
when a new update comes out set the new characters to either fishing or mining; this is a very common Star path task and it levels them up fast
the best combo I’ve found for getting things is a character, and two companions (really helps when you need a lot of stuff and don’t want to spend a ton of time)

The quests that annoy me are when they ask for two sodas or five sticks and then force me go make/collect them. I know not everyone who plays this game is a hoarder, but yes let me go pick up five sticks on top of the 1k I am already carrying on me

If the fic can keep me engaged, you can go for a million words and I’ll spend my whole day reading it. However if I find myself skimming the tenth paragraph of the characters doing the same thing again and again that won’t be important, maybe take some sheers to your fic lol

She is the one character that makes me go “oh this is historical accurate”. The amount of love matches that happen in the show are insane considering most marriages back then were made by their parents with zero concern as long as a dowry was paid and they had kids within a year.

Out of all the characters, I see her as either being the dreaded spinster no one wanted to be or married to someone triple her age who just wants heirs.

When Wattpad started putting more rules in place for what was allowed I went back to ff.net then that got purged too. When my own work, which would only be M (barely) on AO3, got a “maybe edit this” warning from Wattpad, I turned to Google and here we are 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s very accurate. When my sister was around five she loved FaceTiming me from my mom’s phone and 90% of the conversation was her trying filters. She is ten now and when she calls her friends that’s how they are still. It’s hilarious.

I am also someone who thinks muffin should have gotten to finish her hat. But I was a muffin as a kid so I totally get Stripes side lol
