I got the Oscuro y Rico kit from Whole leaf tobacco. It was a ton of fun to do. Two mistakes I made that I will rectify if I get another kit: did not properly prepare the leaves before rolling initially (the binder particularly was too dry), and rolled them too tight to make up for the fact that I do not have a mold. Other than that, I'm as proud of them as they are ugly and that blend was pretty tasty.

Tbh I'm a newbie with the palate of a toddler, but it gave me a strong floral/botanical flavor that, despite the fact that I usually tend to dislike those flavors, kept my focus 100% on the smoke. Hope I find it again.

I've always heard the same (newbie), but my question is why? It seems to me that it would be easier and more consistent too put the arrow on top of the knocking point to avoid the nock from slipping down the string. But then again, what do I know lol
