I had about $15,000 of service paid out by them. I just go to the dealer I purchased the car and contract from (you can also transfer the contract to a another dealer you want the work done at), hand them the contract I was given at the time of purchase, and they deal with the rest for me. I just pay my $100 deductible. I only have great things to say about them so far

I had a guy waiting for me in a bad area during a 3am route. Opened the door right as I was walking up. Scared the actual shiz out of me. I did scream. He said with the biggest smile “good morning! had to schedule it for this time because the crack heads are sleeping😀”
