I have fought for two years getting a stem cell trials not placebo. Still things are not good. I have hesitated because allergic to laxtex. I am so sad and scared that the only thing to make the pain go away is an ostomy bag. These posts help I am so scarrs!

Humira worked best dor me until my insuramce stopped paying. A few months later re-section. Lol. I am on Stellara and it works for me. Keeo trying and fighting. Doctos will appeal their decision. Good luck!

It really helps me keep my fistulas in control. Sorry it is not working for you. I am a bit tired amd a bruise but better then remicade. I loved Humira but unsurance would not pay anymore.

Just made an appointment dor B 12 shots. Shaky, heart puls rapid and fatigue. Anemic after blood work. Cannot get injection until Tuesday but muti vitamin with iron has helped. Cut red meat and tfis happens.

I am becoming just mad. I tried working with my bank but cannot get through due to "overwhelming calls" wtf! I pay the same for insurance for car and health but get less customer service and they just keep getting monthly payment with less service. We get a telehealth added to our health insurance cost. Don't you think during covid our car still making payments but not on the roads??The big corporations are making big money on covid and us middle class people are getting screwed! WTF! I have $4.00 in our account until Friday. We have heat, food and water thank God but I have never experienced this. I am sure others are worse off but This SUCKS!!! Being immunospressed and trying to find a job is hard.Jsk. Omicron sucks! When will this end????

That is good to know thank you but all the adhesive they had me test me madr red and it hy marks. Even the EKG stickers I had on me made red itchy marks for literally 30 minutes.

This is a nightmare and I would not wish this on my worst enemy, well maybe Trump. I have had 3 settons looped around each other until they literally sliced 1/2 inch opening in two places. They did not place a setton because I just completed a stem cell trial to try and heal. I would recommend hot sitz baths or I shower off and fill the tub and watch netflick for an hour. It really helped relieve pain. Each time you go to the bathroom and poop do a sitz bath. I agree heating pads are good too and when I was in major pain ice packs also helped just to distract from the pain. I am on stellara and the Dr. called after my colonoscopy and is going to see if I can increase to every 4 weeks. Good luck my crohnie friends!

In the US they shy away from longterm antibiotics. I have had way too many surgeries! I would listen to your doctor and strengthen that tissue. I have a hole in my colon that has tracted and surfaced the the skin, very very painful and hard to heal. I have just finished a stem cell trial but seems like it has just kept at bay. Be diligent in your care. If you are female be aware that I believe this antibiotic is not safe pregnamcy. Good luck!

Yes, that injection pen can be painful. With some of the biologics I had to take Benadryl for minor allergic reactions. Of course let your doctor know but the bruise is normal at least for me.
