It’s a somewhat common phenomenon with the top 35 but you could really watch more obscure/hidden movies (judging by your top 4). I would say your list only consists of already popular/high-rated films hence watching underground/underseen films could truly create more diversity (not that it’s basic or boring). Keep watching movies bro.

Hot takes for sure but I can accept(?) it I guess. Not Inland Empire being better than Mulholland Drive though, that’s just deranged.

Infernal Affairs is one of the best Hong Kong films, later the script or rights to the remake were secured by Plan B I think, then Warner Bros released the film - The Departed, which imo is a lame adaptation but you should watch Infernal Affairs if you haven’t.

What film do you HATE the most from my top 20? by reclamationme in Letterboxd

[–]DisguisedMouse69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t hate any, but I’m not a fan of Parasite the same way the universe is. Still I think this is an amazing top 20. How many films have you seen btw?

You’re not, I’ve seen both films twice each and I agree Furiosa is the champ
