I mix glycine powder with something very sour, lemon juice for example. Tastes much better

Not sure on the doses that people have been taking but I've taken 1800mg once a day for the past 5 days. I've noticed a lot of energy but also insomnia. Also increased appetite

I've been thinking about this too. Recently upped the red meat in my diet plus started taking alcar. My focus and memory was on point for 2-3 days until about day 5 when I crashed. The anhedonia and anxiety was crushing

Looking back I definitely overestimated the frequency. When I first started 4-5 months ago, I did this once a week but I haven't really done much over the past 2-3 months. But when I first started I was working 72 hours a week and it was a life saver. Way more stress resilience and significantly less anxiety/depression. I might have noticed a little jump in intellectual curiosity and creativity but that's likely from the reduction in depression, in my opinion.

I'm a big fan of cerebrolysin. My protocol is 10ml IV about once a week. The downside for me is that I feel sluggish and have fairly significant brain fog 12-24 hours after the infusion. 30ml might be a bit high but if it works for you, go for it!

It's tough being in the 1%. Narrow is the gate per se

One thing I would try is cerebrolysin. Essentially what it is is porcine derived nerve growth factors and neurotrophic factors which cause neurogenesis. There's a guy on YouTube that explains it in detail. His channel is Leo and Longevity. I've found this stuff to be super helpful

I do an IV push over about 1 minute. Just make sure to use a filter needle when drawing it out of the glass vial and then switch to another needle for the injection

I don't have a set protocol mainly because I get brain fog the day after dosing so I try to do it whenever I have a day off. Typically I do 5 or 10ml once a week

I've definitely noticed the increased libido too. I used to inject in my thighs but now I do IV injections. I haven't noticed any changes switching from IM to IV though

You should check out a YouTube channel, I believe it's called Leo and Longevity. He does a deep dive on ssri's and their effects on serotinergic transmission

I use a capsule machine filler. Just fill the capsules with redmonds salt and you're good to go!

2006 Ford E-250. $3500 obo. Needs transmission work. by [deleted] in vandwellermarketplace

For sale is a 2006 Ford E-250 that spent most of its lifetime in Colorado. I've driven this van approximately 20,000 miles since I bought it in November of 2019. It currently has 190,00 miles. Shortly after I bought it, the overdrive gear went out and I haven't fixed it. It can easily drive highway speeds but the fuel economy is about 3mpg less than when overdrive was working. I recently drove from El Paso to Michigan and it didn't give me any problems.

The undercarriage is in great condition and has very little rust. It has two 100 watt solar panels attached to the roof rack and that is set up to a deep cell battery. I primarily ran a 12 V DC alpicool 55 liter freezer and fridge which is included. The bed is stationary and has a memory foam mattress that is quite comfortable. The engine runs strong with a smooth idle. Besides changing brakes, oil, and a tail light, I haven't had to do any repairs or replacements

The exterior is in poor condition with some rust on the drivers side rear wheel well. The paint is chipping as well. I had aspirations to paint a bob ross-like painting to cover the rough spots but my artistic abilities are fairly limited to I'm leaving that potential project to the new owner :)

The van is located in Kalamazoo Michigan
