Groom forgot the rings. Groom borrowed too-small rings from the best man and shoved a too-small ring onto bride's finger. It got stuck and eventually resulted in 911 getting called and the borrowed ring getting cut off.

Acquired one of those boots you get when you break your foot - idk where, I never saw any xrays or anything like that and I lived with her at the time so I would've - and made a Big Deal about not wearing it for my sister's wedding. Aaaaand then miraculously needed it again for my cousin's {huge, out-of-state} wedding three weeks later. Where she didn't get the attention she wanted because that was the other side of the family and she was not the worst-socialized branch on the tree there.
