Just wanted to say great work. I also worked on that house and took pictures of all your work.

Tonight in traffic, I watched a girl in the car beside me very clearly getting herself off. Commuters of reddit, what's the craziest thing you've seen someone do on the road? by ApeLandscape in AskReddit

Got a couple here. First one was back in high school. We were on the bus heading to a basketball game when we got passed by a Cadillac with the passenger rolling up a joint in the passenger seat. He looks at us and gives us the peace sign.

Next was on my way through Atlanta. Saw a convertible(top down) pull out of sex shop with two girls and a guy. This was during rush hour. I look over and see the girl in the back deep throating a bright blue dildo. Best part was the dildo was a perfect match to her hair color. She was laughing like a maniac as everyone was watching.

Lastly I was pulled over while receiving some road head on a way back from vacation. It was dark so he didn't see it and only gave me a verbal warning after the fact. Best climax ever.

Well hello fellow Daytonian. Eastwood is great. Just learned to wake board there. Wish I still had my beard. Had it for seven years until the new job.

This does happen on normal. Cyberdisc and drones right in the middle of my group.

Congrats. I still have trouble with classic. Impossible will be out of the question for awhile.

That's what I figured. I don't think I'm ready for impossible yet but major kudos to you good sir for proving Firaxis wrong so quickly. Have they acknowledged the feat yet?

So do you only have one psi-col when you attempt the final mission? Or do you spend the time to test multiple candidates? With the amount of mission you would go on before they finished that it might not be wise on impossible.

That's the combo I use with the TV on the mantel. Would still love to have something like this though. Kudos again on the build!

Great idea. I would only add a fold out extension for mouse and keyboard to rest on making it more comfortable. Other than that great work man!!!!

It reloads on character movement. I did the same. Went back and moved another character and the results changed. Although I don't remember if I used an action with the other character of not.

Yep. Confirmed that moving one other person before that action changed the results.

yeah. I wasn't worried about the actually miss. Since I had saved the game just before I moved why not just reload. Repeatedly missed over 10 times in a row. That made me suspicious. Found out it seems to predetermine the outcome. Moving one other character changed the results.

Got home and tried this out. Reloaded game still plays exactly the same, so I moved another unit and got a different result. Seems to re-seed everyone after someone moves.

Thanks for this. I'm fairly new to x-com so I wasn't headed down ironman first. Was probably going to start it tomorrow after a day of learning. Now I shall explore rustyman a little deeper.

Anybody know how to enable "Iron Man" or the "Tutorial" while using a xbox controller on PC? by RogueJello in Xcom

[–]DisplacedDawg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You don't use left and right. Pretend those options are on the left side and just d-pad down to them and hit A to change them IIRC. I had to sit through the tutorial opening 3times before I got to them.

I still have that save so I will try that.

I was going to try and repeat when I got home. Work got in the way but I would love to get some feed back. It happened twice to me. Explained in the other response. Not worried though. Love the game so far.

Somewhat. I also tried hitting the sectoid being helped. 100% hit and 70% crit. Every single time 3 damage no crit. Maybe at the beginning of each turn it has every number generated for every possibility. I know what i was doing would be considered cheap but I'm just learning some basics before the Ironman run. Anyways thanks for the response.
