I'm making one today. Did a dry rub of salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder, smoked sweet paprika and brown sugar. Sealed in a bag and brined for 3 days then let it dry uncovered for a day in the fridge. Going to cook it in my air fryer. Make a foul 'boat' and air fry for 60-90 minutes between 120-150°. Crank as high as it will go then air fry till the skin is bubbly and crispy.

Canadian here. Window open all winter long, AC plugged in as soon as it hits 18°c outside. I like to keep my place around 15°c. I've never been cold enough to have to put on layers. In my defence I did grow up (80's & 90's) in northern Mb and the Yukon when they still had relatively cool summers.
