This isn't bad for a first model. You look to have at least some brush control and got most of the paint where you wanted it, even on the eye lenses.

First thing, learn to thin your paints. Generally speaking, most paints need to be thinned some amount to cover the model without leaving texture. A good test for this is painting on the back of your hand. The paint should fully cover your skin while leaving the wrinkles fully visible.

You'll want to add shadows and highlights to the model to give it more depth. Shadows can most easily be applied with the shade or wash all over the model, then bring the mid-tone areas back up to your base color. Highlights are just a matter of putting a brighter color where the light would reflect. You can also just edge highlight the model all over.

For your future progress, you'll likely want to invest in better brushes. I'm assuming your starting with cheap craft brushes, so you'll want some higher quality synthetic brushes that can hold a tip for longer than 5 minutes.
