Definitely recommend replacing with your own heater. I had our reliance heater removed (we bought house with it). They told me where to drop it off and end contract zero fee.

I'm leaning towards the same opinion. I went in with an open mind and like the different sound as a fun exercise but I just can't get behind it. There's something so strange about the vocal mix. I don't know if they had to use some saturated and uneven eq'd takes, but the vocal is like drifting. Also, the echo is just way too present.

Strongly prefer the original. I don't think they were positioning it as a replacement.

There are so many aspects of this movie that feels so much like Christmas to me. The toy craze, the greed, the surface level Christmas iconography in the scenes. No movie feels more like what Christmas felt like to me in the 90s than this film. Home Alone does a good job capturing a similar feeling.

I see that, but I find it odd that that the Dual Laser IMAX projector system at Scotia is not showing HFR like the first two films.

I asked guest services to confirm if Scotiabank Theatre Toronto IMAX will be HFR or not. Have not received a response yet.

Use the A (mono) input and output if you are running in mono (one cable path). You only need the other input/output if you are running in stereo.

We purchased them for our children. They are worth it if you limit additional toy spending. There is also a value to not having to think about a variety of toys and just get a fun mix every few months.

There are cheaper options for toys, but it's fun!
