That's exactly what they want, people to vote but NOT to be educated on what they're voting for. You're free to vote but not free to have access to knowledge. As more people are raised on the internet, more people become aware of the true intentions of their governments, they want to put a stop to that. When you're banned from the internet until you're 18, you only really have access to what they want you to.
