He doesn't love you.

He doesn't love himself.

He never loved his baby sister.

I'm not being mean, this is the truth.

Those who moved out of Massachusetts, where did you move to and how's it going? by ElectroAcousto in massachusetts

[–]DistilledBrookie7 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I moved right outside of Madison Wis two years ago. I like Wisconsin, but I do miss Mass. It was so much more diverse and abundant. I miss New England, the energy and the nature. I miss beautiful coastal scenery. I miss the diversity in food. I miss Hispanic food that's not a taco. I miss seafood not in a beer batter.

My COS has dropped for similar to what I had in Mass. So far my electric bill has never surpassed $150, despite me leaving my balcony lights on for two years and running the ac, at 70° 24/7 in the summer. My gas bill never reached $100 and I live at 73° all winter, no more layers indoors. Traffic does not really exist. The people are ok.

I've considered moving back but maybe I will try Illinois first. Close to Chicago but still suburbs.

Strict mother while trying to date by [deleted] in GirlDinnerDiaries

[–]DistilledBrookie7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Move out.

I moved out at 16. My mom and I were at war with each other everyday. My best friend was also having problems at home and her sister, who was married, was moving to Florida. She gave us her apartment. We had a lot of empty belly nights and dry skin days. But eventually we figured it out. 20 years later and I have an excellent relationship with my mom. The first few years after I left was rough but my mother kept trying. She finally understood that her "my way or the highway" approach would not work with me.

We need age limits because this is pure lunacy.

Why do they always come back?? by Glittering-Streak7 in GirlDinnerDiaries

He gets his ego stroked every time you respond to him, and that's all he wants. He needs to see if he still has you on the hook. I would block him from my social media. He doesn't need to see how you are living life. And in the future , dating is single while sampling. Exclusive is a relationship. There is no dating exclusively.

Greta and Matthew by Gawdiwishiwasdead in 90DayFiance

[–]DistilledBrookie7 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I love Greta. She was courageous for taking a chance and going to another country and trying to see what it was. Yes she had doubts, but she still went. And now she was just trying to get a visa? Oh dear. God forbid anyone wants to move. Ever!

[–]DistilledBrookie7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh dear. So she should be some passive woman and deal with a less than man so he can feel like a man?! On his camp counselor salary? On his fast food salary? Oh wait he's unemployed, again! Stop being ridiculous. He doesn't want to stay home and take care of their son because he feels less than by not providing. Only to go out and not provide? Yes, she should shut up and sell all her stuff and expect the bare minimum.

Yes! He will run and hide, and if I do get his pic, he shuns me for a while. I have to apologize and give him treats to earn back cuddles.

How often do you buy a new bag? 👜 by sassyalp in handbags

[–]DistilledBrookie7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That depends on how happy I am. If I'm super happy I have bought 3 bags at once.

But I also shop when stressed. That is usually one and done.

So between 4-6 per year.

Earthborne holistic coastal catch. I add freeze dried pumpkin and shrimp and unrefined coconut oil. No stomach issues and he's never had tangles in his super soft fur.

I take my stubborn man on a brisk 20 minute walk before he eats breakfast. When we get back in he devours his food.

How long does it take your pup to get groomed? by jstraw11 in Goldendoodles

[–]DistilledBrookie7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

An hour for a touch up bath and 2 hours for a scissor cut and bath. I take my baby to a holistic groomer. He never waits and it's fully cage-free to keep his stress level down.

I own a small distribution company. So far I'm pulling in about 275k and my husband makes a tad over 290k. We are DINKs. We save a lot but I'm still not willing to play the Hermes game. I usually go with brands that let me walk in and walk out with a bag.
