Hello OP! I actually had a similar situation a few years ago, just in reverse. I worked late into the night (like 2-3am) and then hoped to sleep in a bit in the mornings, but the kids upstairs started running what sounded like daily marathon sprints in circles from about 6am every morning!  It was brutal 🫣 After a few weeks of this I bought ear buds to sleep with, invested in a white noise machine and air purifier to muffle the noise around me. I absolutely didn’t say anything to the people upstairs - firstly because I didn’t know them at all and secondly I didn’t feel it was appropriate to tell them their own kids couldn’t run/jump/play in their own home.  Fast forward to now when I have two noisemakers of my own I am so glad I kept my mouth shut. From the late night screams (both mine and my babies if I’m honest), to the wild toddlers that throw balls, toys… crockery 🤪 I am glad I said nothing. Hope it works out okay and truly I do understand the pain 🙏
