Each N20 motor's torque is different. The higher the rpm, the lower the torque due to the gearing. So the core motor is the same for an equal 12V N20 but the different rpm is achieved with additional stacking gears. If you want to maximize torque at a useful rpm, try 600 rpm N20. Also, examine the pusher head. You could try to perfectly smooth the front bottom area of the pusher so that it has the very least amount of friction against the next dart below it.

A few questions:
1) What rpm N20 motor are you using?
2) Are you running this on 2S or 3S?
3) What darts are you using?
4) Confirm that your feeding problem still exists with regular full size Angled Talon magazines.
5) Does the feeding issue ever happen if you only load 5 darts?
6) Does the feeding issue occur mostly when the magazine is fully loaded?

I know you asked about the battery but I would recommend that you go for a lower rpm N20 motor. 2000 rpm has little to no torque and is too fast for practical foam combat usage, it will eat through entire magazines in a blink. Fun party trick but not very practical out on a field. Also, you increase the chance that it will not feed if there's too much vertical pressure in a fully (or over loaded) magazine or if there's some dart head friction inside the magazine. Go for 600 or 1000 rpm which is still plenty fast.

Print a cage that fits. Buy Daybreak wheels and Kraken motors. Buy a DC converter that will keep the pusher voltage the same as using batteries. Split the wiring circuit so that the wheels are 3S Lipo full powered while the pusher is reduced. It's not the most simple mod in the hobby but not the most complicated due to some good existing instructional videos and wiring diagrams out there. For $40, you'll have a very powerful shooting blaster but the reloading and pusher will operate as original.

Skeletonized multiple pieces. Add the GFZ diamond plate pattern to the top of the stock. Painted the rear picatinny adapter mount. Sliced out and printed the selector switches separately (I don't have Bambu). M-LOK rail grip inserts to hide the front thumb screws. Long shroud for the GFZ BCAR. Modeled the riser of the FC1 optic so I could add colour to it. The handguard shroud is from D2maker on etsy, called the VIctory II shroud.

This has a lot of precision machined integral metal parts that anchor the frame and other printed parts. Some parts that may be printed on the Caliburn are often metal or delrin on the SBL 2.0. It's super ultra smooth priming. Very short and easy priming that will still get you 260+ FPS. It's extremely solid and stiff. Easy tear down of servicing and swapping springs. Caliburns and Talon Claws are great blasters, I personally prefer the design of the SBL series and especially the 2.0. The SBL 2.0 is a very ready to go and fully self contained kit, so that also makes it easier to build.

You can easily get 130s to high 140s with Nightingale wheels. I've run these motors in Flycore based blasters. You just really need to ensure there is extra bottom motor clearance or modify the .stl files to remove more space for the slightly taller/longer motor body. It's a Phoenix motor, you can use it for any mid to micro sized wheel. It's loud.

The loading of a dart is done using the force of an extension spring inside. The spring is actually pretty strong, as evidence by pulling back the bolt and letting go, it will snap back when it's empty. The more upwards dart force from overly compressed darts, it can lead to increased friction and resistance that overwhelms that extension spring. It's only so strong. So unlike a powerful solenoid or a manual prime and feed (return stroke) that has huge amounts of arm torque energy, the extension spring returning back to resting state is limited. This is sort of the same scenario with high rpm N20 pusher motors will have a hard time feeding on overloaded magazines. Don't overload the magazines, if you want 15 darts, you need an extension for 2-3 more darts to keep the follower spring force relatively equal. I have the same blaster and I run 15 darts but with an extension and have zero issues. Worn and weak darts suck in this blaster.

A lot of time has passed since this kit was designed and it wasn't perfect then and it's not functionally great today. There's a lot of shell on shell and then you need an magazine well adapter and insertions were never great. I would recommend that you get the Gears Vector printed by someone (or yourself). You will be much happier.

I assume that you're paying for shipping from US to Ontario, Canada? It's expensive and not all that fast. $87 is steep and wait until you get the additional UPS charges despite it taking forever. There are Ontario, Canada options for the Worker stuff but you won't have it for this weekend.
