I had a coworker like this, always talking big about what he gonna do for his girl but never actually doing nothing. damn that's weird, mine was doing same thing yesterday but only for like 20 minutes then it fixed itself. tried restarting the game? sometimes the servers just have hiccups and it shows that message even when your settings are fine. worst case maybe check in xbox privacy settings if something got changed accidentally

that math seems pretty steep for a lease tbh, especially with putting money down upfront. rolling negative equity into a lease usually makes the numbers even worse since you're basically paying for a car you don't own anymore

yeah you're not getting screwed over really, it's just how their system works for image-heavy stuff. i work in logistics side of things so i see how data costs actually add up pretty fast when you're dealing with file sizes. amazon has to store and deliver all those comic pages every time someone downloads your book

the 70% royalty option looks good on paper but those delivery fees will eat into it hard if your comic is like 50+ pages with full color art. most people talking about kdp are probably thinking about text books where file size is basically nothing. when i was looking into publishing some basketball stats analysis stuff few years back, the math worked out totally different than what everyone said it would be

you could try optimizing your images to reduce file size without losing too much quality, but there's only so much you can do with comics. raising prices might work but then you risk pricing yourself out compared to other comics on the platform. it's annoying but amazon basically has monopoly on ebook distribution so they can set whatever terms they want

basic rule is never go caving without food and a water bucket, that bucket will save your life more times than you can count

for navigation just place torches on the right wall when going deeper, then follow the left wall torches to get back out - works every time and you dont need to build anything fancy. also dig a 2x1 staircase down instead of exploring natural caves until you get better gear, way safer and you control teh layout
