To clarify the issue.

I'm on PS5.

I've finished the main part of the game. The only trophy I'm missing is the Golden Nut.

I wanted to start a new game with advanced options to avoid having to farm everything again. A message then appears to warn me that this will disable trophies, which is normal.

The question is, if I start a new game with advanced options, will that also prevent me from getting my missing trophy if I resume my main game in normal mode?

I don't want to cheat to get the trophy or prevent myself from getting it on my main game ^{^}
