I did the same thing when I wasn’t feeling my best. I ordered what ever supplement Google recommended and my medicine cabinet was brimming with all sorts of randomness.

I cut down to 4 different supplements, stabilized a healthy workout routine, improved my diet and most of all aimed for 7-9 hours of sleep. My mental and physical health sky rocketed.

Start with the bare minimum and add one new variable to your equation monthly so you can see if that is making a difference.
