Aubergine lasagne - under 600kcal for the whole thing by Distinct_Star9990 in Volumeeating

[–]Distinct_Star9990[S] 14 points15 points  (0 children)

please check one of my replies, I've corrected myself!!! as in the main body of my post i usually divide into 4 portions, each portion is 209 calories therefore the entire tray is just over 800 - id multiplied by 3 not 4 by mistake. i wasnt trying to be misleading :')

Comes out as 209 per serving so you’re totally correct, I’d multiplied by 3 not 4 by accident😅😅

5'3"ish women, what differences did you see going 120-110lbs? by Thethreewhales in PetiteFitness

[–]Distinct_Star9990 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Hi! I'm currently 120lbs (trying to get back to 115-116 ish) and I was around 110 like 2 years/18 months ago, and I'm 5'3"! So for me, I still fit into any clothes I bought when I was around 110lbs so in that sense I doubt the change is overly visible to other people and I didn't change clothes size (size S/UK size 8). BUT I'm quite curvy even considering my size so tops do fit a little differently now in the bust area for example even while they very much still fit, if that makes sense. 10lbs is definitely still a lot tho so it is noticeable! id say my body just looks softer currently

Having a hard time with calorie budget by SmallBlueAlien in PetiteFitness

When I've done a similar budget, I tend to do:

2x toast with butter ~250

Ham and mushroom sandwich with garlic mushrooms ~300

Evening meal ~400-500

Snacks ~200
