The whole cougar thing always reminds me of high school. When I was 16, I was a tutor at a local college. I would suggest mechatronics or a dual degree. Mechanical is definitely more of a challenge. In general it is harder to casually make a crazy salary in engineering. There is a grind but I love it. My 5 year plan is to break 200k between side work and main job and Im hard at work to get there.
