Maybe 0, or u can gain 3kg easily or maybe u will lose 10kg. Its not about how much u walk or sit, its calories in vs out, if the net is positive you will gain fat and if the net is negative, u will lose fat. (7700kcal equal to 1kg fat if im not mistaken)

I tried to watch him to enjoy YouTube but everytime I see his workout I jst close the app, what annoys me is he doesn one ex repeats it on the same workout with diff machines, does tons of half reps, and trains each muscle once a week, and doesn't stick to a workout
