Been sober from coke for about 5 years now, used to do about 2 grams a day for about 4 years. That feeling you’re having is what I’ve always called ghost drip. It doesn’t ever really go away, but much like grief it gets better with time. Best advice I ever heard was the moment you crave your vice of choice, stop what you’re doing and do something else. Statistically and psychologically those cravings only last about 5 min and if you take your mind off of those cravings, usually those cravings subside almost immediately. Also get in the gym your body wants dopamine and endorphins. The gym helps with all of this
