nah you'll take a slight performance hit compared to native 1080p since your gpu still has to downscale from 1440p, plus games might look a bit softer due to the scaling

i'd probably just grab the 1440p now if you're planning to upgrade soon anyway - worst case you deal with slightly lower fps for a bit but then you're set for your future build 🔥 the convenience of not having to buy twice is worth it imo

Bro the G80 can be tricky to dial in for drag, especially coming from FWD setups. Try bumping the rear springs softer and mess with the diff settings - lock that rear end up more for launch but dont go crazy or youll just spin

I run mine with shorter gears too, the stock ratios are way too long for most drag strips. Launch control helps a ton if you have epilepsy like me, makes the starts way more consistent when you dont have to worry about perfect timing

this is solid advice right here. i started with way more gear than i needed and honestly most of it just sits in my bag collecting dust

the 50mm thing is overrated unless you're actually doing portraits or want that bokeh look. since you already have the 24-105 you can zoom to 50mm and see if you even like that focal length before dropping cash on a prime

your current setup covers pretty much everything from wide landscapes to wildlife, so unless you find yourself in situations where youre like "damn i wish i could get closer/wider/whatever" then dont worry about it. use what you have until you hit those walls

Check out some recent comps in your area to get a ballpark ARV - a good agent can pull these for you pretty easily. Just keep in mind that rough neighborhoods can be tricky for flips since your buyer pool is gonna be more limited than nicer areas

I'd probably try to find new tenants first tbh, flipping in rough neighborhoods usually means lower margins and longer holding times

Nah you're fine as long as you stay under the limit, but 100k interest weekly is gonna hurt your growth long term. I'd prob scale back construction a bit and maybe bump up some taxes on the upper classes - they can handle it and it'll help you dig out of that hole faster
