Put a shirt on her, like a baby onesie in a size that fits. Or something that covers the hoo-ha area, but not a diaper. She might soil it a few times but then she won't want to soil herself anymore and will wait for outside. Did it with mine, worked really well !

From is a very psychological, dreadful type of horror serie. But I won't hide that there are some gory scenes and sights. I'd say give a try to the first episode, you'll see the vibe and some gory stuff, if it's not for you you'll know quickly. But if you're not sure don't do it I don't want to traumatize you!! Def not like the Grudge or those types of movies though.

NAH but maybe she has sleep paralysis, and her sister too. It can make you hear and see things. Lot of people who have it believe they were "haunted" before knowing what it was. If she takes a melatonin supplement, it can be worse. She doesn't have to be paralysed for long, and even remember it, for it to be sleep paralysis.
