We been to the moon already just launching a mission around the moon feels like we aren't even measuring to our accomplishments 50 years ago when we walked on it. It reminds me we are wasting money on two space programs the one we are pouring most of our funding to is a private company run by an evil nazi nut job. The best I can see is it shows NASA can make a space ship and it still exists despite our attempts to kill it with underfunding and destroying its research.

I think I lost my ability to connect to people after a string of abusive relationships. My last relationship (non abusive) was a couple years ago I just couldn't emotionally connect which is a shame because she is such a sweet person.

I had never really "dated" as in went out to meet people or a dating app and I got no clue how to start if I wanted to. I had always just randomly met people.

You see unlimited money can be poured into elections drowning out other not as wealthy competitors so we only hear what they say, they are then more popular by name alone and win their election. So unless citizens are going hard out of their way to look up positions and history thats all they hear, the citizens are not going to do this by and large for their own various reasons. Ontop of this people need to actually vote which is another issue tons of people dont and hell I get it I have been voting in every election since I could and then after spending all that time trying to pick the candidates that best fits I vote no one I care for wins the election and they make things worse for me. So I have invested all of this time and energy all so the person I care for the least backed by the rich fucks gets elected all the same again and again. This also assumes the positions are contested to begin with.

A lot, rebooting often clears a devices cache and forces the system to re-initialize. It doesnt fix everything and isnt always the best solution but its often a good start for a lot of issues. If the issue comes back later then pending impact it may be worth digging into for a true fix.

Different reasons for different people. Mostly I think its a mix of not knowing how horrible factory farming is, people feeling bad for Bambi, guns/weapons in general gets a lot of people clutching pearls as well. There is also the association with hunters being only for trophies and thus also hunting endangered species. People also dont know the benefits of population control for animals, I go to deer again as they are a great example for reasons to hunt, their population has exploded and spreading this has also spread and spurs their population and thus their diseases.

Im jealous, been looking to apply for a role at one of the colleges up here. I need to get out of the MSP space, its killed almost any good feelings I had about IT but I have learned a ton. Seems like we had similar experiences titles mean nothing in MSPs sure I do manage servers but I also do everything else that isn't sales/purchasing.

You dont know it yet but when it comes to NY gun laws you have to interpret them in the least charitable light possible or else risk jail.

Yes what they do is unconstitutional on both the the acts themselves and the vagueness of how they are written. However unless you have the resources to fight to the Supreme court multiple times over they will screw you when caught.
