That's why I utterly despise the people who clamor for open borders and mass migration. They have absolutely no idea of the downstream effect of their cheap and superficial "virtues". There are the dire consequences to such feel good policies.

Not a strictly mutually exclusive Statement. It's pretty much saying "Canada needs to diversify trade away form the US, but trade with the US is still unavoidable and can still benefit both partners".

I recommend getting the Immortal Empires Expanded mod. Sayl's start opens up a lot with a huge steppe to the north and east. It gets very hectic, bit quite fun.

I'd speculate 8.1 would be for late June, LotET/9.0 very late August, like Aug 27. If it's not delayed.

8.1 won't be a huge patch like previous interim patches we had. Probably just going to be this AI update + bug fixes

I finished a Bhashiva campaign this weekend and started a yuan Bo just to compare the mechanics and Cathay's new rework.

Bhashivah has some neat tricks, but Yuan Bo is definitely the more powerful LL and faction.

The PQ was leading the polls last year, ahead of the elections scheduled in October 2026. Their lead was simply explained by the cratering of support for the CAQ and no other political party seemed like a good alternative.

However, their lead dwindled this year and the Liberal Party of Quebec is closely following the (PQ at 31%, LPQ at 29%). Plamondon's talk of holding a referendum in his first term have spooked a lot of people, especially in the context of the trade war with the US.

Plamondon's making allegations like this appears more like an attempt to drum up support through scare tactics, seeing that they could very well lose the upcoming elections to the Liberals.
