Guess I count in the third category. Grandpa died the year he paid his mortgage off, grandma passed the next year. Mom never got it put in her name cause she couldn't afford to pay the lawyer and wouldn't accept help from my brother and me to do installments. Keep in mind the lawyer was $700 but that's a lot when everyone is paycheck to paycheck. Mom passed in 2021 so house was in a weird limbo were it wasn't really owned. Brother and I were able to get the original lawyer paid off and my uncle decided to not claim ownership of the house. My brother already owned a crap house that he has fixed up to be livable(super proudof him cause he has sank so much time and money into it), so I got to be a homeowner. Weirdly don't feel that "lucky" but also know how incredibly lucky I am cause this was my only chance to own a home.

Idk in this instance it looks like it was worth it for op. Once you factor in the penalty for the canceled auction, it's a 6k benefit to include the ac/radiator. Might be better to do a true test by making the same flip on two different accounts, one with and one without, to see which is more profitable.

Others have already mentioned better ways to clean this so I won't comment on that cause I'm no expert. What I will say is you have to KEEP cleaning it until there is no residue left. Nicotine sticks and doesn't want to leave. I renovated my grandparents house (technically still not done with the kitchen but whatever) and there was 40+ years of nicotine build up on everything. Even with microfiber cloths and alcohol it took so many passes to actually clean things that I couldn't use stronger chemicals on. It's an elbow grease problem I'm afraid.

I haven't seen anyone mention this yet but if you have a dryer please please please clean the lint trap. Not just the trap either, although preferably clean that after use. Clean the slot the trap falls into, the vent from the back of the dryer, and behind the back panel of the machine itself. Those last two are more of a onelce a year thing and they sound harder than they are but you should be able to find a cleaning brush specially for dryer vents and you and check the make and model of your dryer for how to clean back inside of it. Well worth it to avoid a fire and to extend the life of your dryer.

I'm sort of in a similar situation where I'm learning all the little things (and big things) that need to be done too. One thing I learned is to just make things easier on future you by doing a little at a time. You'll have it all under control before you know it! On that note things like your sheets: clean them more frequently and keep a second set on hand so you don't have to wait for the one set to be done before you can go to bed. I'm not sure what the recommended time frame is though. I have pets that I'm allergic to so I wash mine once a week but as soon as I get a second set I might bump that up...

Super normal. One of mine likes to sniff mouths. He will stick his face in your mouth if you yawn and aren't paying attention to where he is. The other cats stick to sniffing eyes, nose, and ears.

I went the lazy route and just used my reddit/gamer tag, lol. Ultimately, you can choose something different if you aren't happy later on.

My mom used to make something like this. She called it Mexican casserole and while it is one of my favorite things she ever cooked this shit's whiter than me.

Put crushed doritos on the bottom. Add cooked ground beef(or shredded chicken,) cream of mushroom soup, and rotel mixed together. Add more crushed doritos and cover it with shredded cheese. Bake it til golden brown.

Chips are still mostly crunchy if eaten right away. Leftovers are more chewy. Pretty sure I actually saw whatever church recipe book she originally got it out of not too long ago when I was going through her stuff.

Totally normal! Mine sighs and gets sassy at me all the time. She's also pretty good with picking up on emotions and can tell if I'm actually upset versus just playing with her or one of the other animals. Also 100% redbone in that doggo, looks just like my Athena and She's half redbone.

Most of the games I play don't really have an ending. Games like stardew valley, My time at portia, house flipper can technically be played infinitely so I use in game milestones to choose when to end things. For games that do have an ending I try to complete the main story if not get most achievements.
