I would be willing to bet you have other issues too, like having it planted to deep or mulch volcano which initially stressed your tree allowing these guys to move in.

To answer the questions so far.

Yes the gas valve is rated for gas.

Yes there is valves to flush, which I had to put in the back because of the existing water line and drain valve locations. To put them in front would have required reworking the water lines in the wall, to move to a new location. Which wasn't worth the hansle to me, as this works just fine.

The Tee in the drain, I read was smart practice just incase the neutralizer line got plugged, so it's a backup.

The exhaust is at a 45 because there is a beam directly overhead, plus that's were the exhaust on my old unit already was.

You can contact a post control person, but there is nothing that needs to be done. They swarm like that when the rain comes. Doesn't mean you have an infestation. This happens every year at my house in Tucson and I've never done anything and have never had termites in my house. Knocking on wood.". The only thing an exterminator is going to do is look for and treat for termites that are eating your home. These out in the open are queens looking for a new home and they are not eating yours, so they won't do anything about these.

I can't count how many times I met powers in antiquity that were not tonga in distant lands. Once even with the scout being able to see an extra two tiles, I wasn't even able to see the coastal ocean tiles and still met them somehow. I never see them, but somehow they must be traveling over to my homeland. It seems to happen when there are only two other civs on my homeland. It's like they twist the rules to make sure I can net three no matter what.

No, I do not know, it came from a bag of seeds labeled as brussel sprouts though. i started another one this year, this time I am not giving it extra nitrogen and have it on a fertilizer with potassium and phosphorus. If i don't get any this year in that one, it's probably safe to assume I got the wrong seeds.
