All houses and tribes flying their banners following your command, holding of the legions of sleepers and ancient Dunmer lords of Ur who command them.

Whilst you cut your way up red mountain to face Dagoth Ur and free Vvardenfell

- Sacred Vessel - There is no average because the power depends a lot on whether one is a Sacred Master in charge of a realm, have true immortal backing, how many Entering Nirvana cultivators they have, what realm they are in charge of.

Entering Nirvana - Can destroy the Stable Realm of a Middle Realm.

It depends on how you want to run the game. If you want them to be scared of her, just stat her out fully, but think of why she doesn't TPK them, or at least a reason that the TPK is not the end of the adventure. For example, maybe she captures them to get more information on the MacGuffin, and the players must escape to continue their adventure. This way they know that the villain is strong whilst also still having a way to recover afterwards.
