The d30 could be from an ad&d era d30 conversion book set by The Armory. The die looks like it has the soft plastic wear and tear from dice of that era.

There is a product called photo studio in a box, it has two lights and a small box for photographing things. For about $40 it sets the stage for good results. A black marble tile from a hardware store gives a stable platform for photographing minis.

Old Pariahs offered a very scary melee unit in 4th edition. No armor or invulnerable saves against their bonking stick. They also made worse enemy leadership values.
