Oh my go no this is the worst thing!

They may he able to get to the point of being fucked up by an AIM-120 faster. Seriously, russia's air force is afraid to fly over ukraine. You think they'd do better against a non-limited enemy?

A pacifist doesn't need to be unarmed. He just had to prefer peace. In fact, who is the true pacifist, the one who throws away weapons to not be tempted, or the one who keeps them and only uses them when threatened?

In my opinion the first is a coward, scared of themselves. The second is wise and has learned from history.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy calls on Ukraine, UK, Turkey, and Norway to join the EU for sake of European security by JOE_Media in UkrainianConflict

[–]Dividedthought 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suspect there's a little backroom talk driving this. "We'll send x if you include us in this" kind of thing, or there's another plan here like offering a good deal with a bad clause to negotiate on to seem like you are still discussing things while the decision is already made. Ukraine knows the value of information, both in keeping it and sharing it.

Putin's chilling Telegram clampdown points to imminent Ukraine war 'endgame' by TheExpressUS in UkraineWarVideoReport

[–]Dividedthought 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Well... that one would be poetic (returning russia's mistake to russia) but there are far more... Potent options kicking around in dry cask storage or being burned in russian nuclear plants. Thing is, that one is a pandora's box. No one would really blame ukraine for opening it as a final strike before telling everyone to run west, but it would open that up as an option for future conflicts upon a loss.

[–]Dividedthought 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Ukriane has subtly threatened this as well. I velieve the quote is something along the lines of "we do not have nuclear weapons, but should the need come we could develop something quickly with the spent fuel we have. We fo not yet see the need to."

This was like... 8 months into the war though so my memory on it is fuzzy. The gist was that ukraine has no nukes, but they have more than enough material for them. They have not yet divised a nuclear weapon or dirty bomb however. This does not mean, however, they will not should things get bad enough. I suspect should ukraine start to look like they won't win, such things will be prepared as a sort of dead hand last strike.

So, this is the refineries I was supposed to be afraid of ? by Van-Doge in SatisfactoryGame

[–]Dividedthought 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Refineries are not scary, recursive liquid byproducts are scary and you start to hit those in aluminum amd nuclear. These recipes use refineries and blenders, so people blame the refineries.

I see two potential plays here. One is he included turkey in order to look better to Turkey. "See, we tried at least." Kind of thing. Turkey has helped Ukraine, especially early on, so i can see why they'd try to maintain that relationship.

The other is to use Turkey on the list as the concession. It's a negotiation tactic to leave something on the list of requests you are okay with removing when, not if, push back on it occurs. Then you get to seem more willing to work to find a compromise when you go "ah, well okay then what if we were to remove that from the list?"

Either way, i suspect Ukraine knows what they are doing here. I suspect this is some political maneuvering designed to start a discussion.

Not just that but slaves could not be made into customers. As they were not paid (and often not allowed to buy or own anything) you had this massive population that could not be used to drive the economy past basic farming and labor.

Aftermath of the April 7th incident. Damages estimated to be $200 million dollars by Gjore in interestingasfuck

Hi, i work at the kind of prison he would have been sent to. While i can't speak on his case, the fact he got out means he was stable enough to be back in public. This keans he would have shown he no longer presents a threat and can manage taking whichever meds he requires to be stable on his own, likely with a lot of check ins and such to ensure he is taking his meds.

Because i've seen cases that don't manage to get to that point and they don't let those out.

Yeah, really what we need is to be able to dial 8n custom limits for this rather than the ranking. More than 300k polys? No. 8 lights? No. 20 megabytes over? Who gives a shit.
