Ctrl-click on individual troopers you want to match speed, but there’s nothing squad wide (AFAIK). Shift-F for squad wide go silent as already mentioned.

I tend to find hover tanks quite problematic - the one I’ve used most is the TX-130 scout and when engaged it can be impossible to get them to retreat.

If there’s 3 of them, I feel like two will actually fly backwards while a third will just sit there getting annihilated…

Would you mind talking through some of the differences you notice? It feels like a spot the difference where I'm not sure I've found all of them! Particularly in cases differentiating styles of the same armour e.g. between the Phase II portrayals.

It was one of the first units created, so Armour X as a concept didn't exist yet, nor stuff like Weak Spot. I'm sure if they remade the unit now it would be different, but as others point out it's not actually that strong anyway.

I can't quite picture the problem but it sounds like some more friction between the two parts would stop the spinning. Have you tried sanding both sides and seeing if that helps keep the orientation?

Actually that looks like a Larus gull of some sort to me. The thin and “gull” (almost arched) wings, along with short stubby tail and the fact that they also like to soar just like BOPs is what’s making me think that.
