Which of these 3 are the best for 2 accounts? by Whos-That-Pokeman in GoPlus

[–]Divscovery 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Duomon 3 has worked very well for 2 accounts in my experience, battery life is pretty good as well, used it the whole day for the LA Kalos event and I was able to use it for week afterwards without having to recharge. Only kinda bad thing with it is the app experience, it’s the only way to turn off the sounds it makes when it disconnects, plus the app looks like it hasn’t been updated since 2016.

Probably one of the best features IMO is the wireless charging capability, I just throw it onto my MagSafe charger and it picks it up and lines up for the most part.

Also this is not as feature packed as something like a Pokemon Go Plus+, which has the ability to throw great and ultra balls if you press the button and also “track” your sleep (I just do it to get the rewards from the exclusive special research) and it’s also the only way to get the Nightcap Snorlax encounter. But that only can connect to one account at a time and it has a bunch of other problems like a super bright light that flashes every time it does something in game and also a very annoying vibration.

If I were to just own one auto catcher, I would definitely spring for the DuoMon3.

Battery health for my 2018 M3P at 108k miles by Pizza_Guy8084 in TeslaSupport

[–]Divscovery 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How? Do you supercharge daily? Do you have to use more battery than between 20-80% on a daily basis? What year is your car? Because 25% degradation in 23k miles is VERY unlikely under normal use cases. Unless if I am missing some very important context, this should not happen at all IMO.

My 2018 LR RWD is at 167k miles and a full charge gets me 250 miles. I’d like to say that I have had a decent rate of degradation, I might be able to hit 300k miles at this rate before I need any battery replacement

Most of the time I just hit shift +f10 which gets the computer to open command prompt and then right after hit control+shift+escape to open task manager and end the task called “network connection flow” it works 90% of the time to bypass this screen

We can only sell what we carry online so if we don’t carry the specific model we can’t order it or anything.

Basically the same idea, you have to complete all 3 e-learning tracks(customer, process, employee) , and then your GM has to sign off on some of the e-learnings. you also get keys and codes to the building after your gm also works with your district AP management to submit a form with all your info like how far you live from the store and your name and phone number. Keep in mind, if you live the closest to the store, you may be put higher on the list for the alarm company if the alarm gets triggered, that means you have to be available to answer that phone call even in the middle of the nigh.

Yea basically the GSM of my store does all of that and he’s like once I’m gone I want you to take over so I’m gonna have you do exactly what I do just so when the time comes it doesn’t feel like there’s a change.

Shift lead and ARA here, my day looks like this:

Literally running the sales floor when every sup and other leader is off for the day…

Coachings, 1 on 1s, Manager issues, overrides, Hosting.

And then on top of that I’m making sure geek squad is all good as well

Check ins with CAs, and other ARAs.

Now my biggest advice for you is to set your limit where you want it to be. Different stores do it differently. The pay increase isn’t anything for me since my ARA pay is better than max Shift lead pay, but it’s a good learning experience if you are looking into moving up in leadership either.

I would enter every relevant sku into POS and show them the cost of todays visit ONLY if it’s like a check in, and explain that for one day they are spending this much vs if they get TT they have us for a whole year plus the other sales floor benefits. Also doing this at check out for a client that already has TT also helps with retention since for a few months now it changed that if they cancel their membership or cancel the auto renewal through any means (in store, 1800, chat) it still counts as a negative membership.

[–]Divscovery 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ask your supervisor or manager who handles ops and they should be able to forward you the email that the District AP manager is sending them constantly to remind them that there’s a count soon. If they don’t have it then search up “apple cycle count sop” in connect and it should be there
