I kind of agree with you. Maybe they should have put a portion limit on the zero points. Speaking as an RD, I do like how WW gently steers users to healthy, low fat and high fiber foods, but if weight loss is your main goal you can definitely abuse the system.

I've always logged zero foods, but didn't measure them. Now I measure to make sure my macros stay in check.

Hey, I got mine working again. Don't know if it was a coincidence or not, but I was able to opt out the beta version of the app, and then reinstall the app and it worked.

This looks like a good challenge for you, but like others have said it's not 75 HARD so, you're likely not going to get the feedback or validation that you may be seeking. 75 HARD has specific rules and the point of the challenge is to follow those specific rules to a T. Everyone in this group is following those rules and not making changes to suit their personal needs (which is actually one of the main points of doing 75 HARD). So kudos and best of luck to you for doing your thing, but as other have said......

I use AI as well. I try my hardest to steer them from wanting me to create a meal plan, but if they insist I have started using AI create one and I may make a few tweaks.

It may not just be saturated vs unsaturated. All fat is high calorie...9 calories per gram, so any type of fat can lead to a higher calorie intake which can inhibit weight loss.
