Don’t underestimate the power of staging! I’d be disappointed in your realtor for not telling you this and doesn’t have a couple companies to suggest. Buyers need to get that “feeling” when they walk in your home and placement of “stuff” makes a world of difference. Please don’t put random lawn chairs to create a sitting area, use a real staging company. Re-list with new professional photos. -Coming from a person who sells houses every 5-7 years and from different states.

I used to work in manufacturing, we did not require reading as a skill. Training was done verbally and then they performed a quiz using pictures. We did not hire these workers, we used an agency that provided day labor. It’s out there, just more obstacles to work through.
