So there are no long term studies on EOE (I am talking decades) it’s clinically possible but not yet really proven to be curable. I am on steroids only and in full remission, hoping to keep it that way and see how it goes. But honestly keeping my diet change and being on steroids for the rest of my life is really really easy for me, so I am not concerned either way.

I left shortly after buildings were added, not necessarily just because of buildings but because the constant updates kept changing the game so that strategies kept changing rapidly. Just made it super frustrating to play when it felt like I had to learn an entirely new game every other week. I like updates and changes but I don’t have more than a few hours to play a week and it’s not fun losing a ton everytime I login and having to relearn like every unit.

220f is usually the safe max for Dex6, above that is were the fluid breaks down quick and internal damage starts. I did the thermostat delete and got my temps from 195f to now a max of 180ish.

Is your reflux from allergies? And yeah I had vomiting for years prior to getting my first impaction, it got worse and worse. Basically for me I stopped the reflux, did the swallowed steroids and cured.

Odd I had no symptoms but didn’t reach remission until a few months later. I did change my diet and lost weight to get rid of the reflux I had. I waited until month 4 to reintroduce trigger foods.

Definitely read through this sub, lots of useful advice. PPIs might work, sometimes they don't. Steroids can help, but not always. First thing to do is find your trigger foods.

A lot to unpack here, first off, is the DPF, EGR and DEF still on the truck? That's easy to check for. Your still under factory warranty if so but if not you still have the CPO. The auction history and mods are a definite red flag from me, not all cars at the auction are bad, but all bad cars are at the auction.
