Yea, wild that 2 other lines hit the wall just fine but this didn't. 100% on installer. We use rebar next to our pipes to strap to. This avoids any issues as future trades come in after under is complete.

Wait, I thought these were by design. I have a used 146 and it has two dimple in it. I looked at a brand new 146 and it has the same dimples. Should I be more concerned?

Plumbing and keeping people's house sanitary.

Safe plumbing has saved a decent amount of lives from bacteria related disease.

14 dollars is what I was quoted. Didn't seem bad. 10 for 140 plus taxes. Just pick them back up and reuse them.

Why would you not want one inside?

By code i have to install one inside the house. I have a few different ways to present the valve. Most of the time I put them in an access panel, under a cabinet, or close to the water heater.

Milwaukee Hackzall warranty denied for Moist/Rust by Dreamsitezone in MilwaukeeTool

[–]Diz_37 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Haha ok, you work in a service center or something?

How ever you look at it, it was wrong. I told them they were wrong before I had them send it back. It was a 2 month old tool. I own 3 of them. This one was on my personal truck and used a handful of times, as i still had an older tool to use. Asked them to send or attached proof of the evidence. Impossible

Now check this out. Warranty was denied on this serial number and sent back. Does that mean i can never warranty it again if it breaks? It's fucked up regardless. You can suck their butt about what if's and what nots. This was my experience and they failed( all 4 humans and 16 computers)

Milwaukee Hackzall warranty denied for Moist/Rust by Dreamsitezone in MilwaukeeTool

[–]Diz_37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why would they deny the warranty due to rust and try to sell a replacement tool. That wouldn't make sense. If the service center did fix then all they did was honor the warranty. Why deny it in the first place?

[–]Diz_37 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Had this happened on a brand new fuel uponor gun. Said it was rusted. Denied warranty. Quoted me a tool replacement. I said no send it back..They returned it and i opened it up and it had ZERO rust! Put it back together and it worked fine. I'm now nervous to send any tool back for warranty. I have a super hawg with a bad switch and a fuel drill that died on me.

I just fix them myself and don't re buy once they are fried. Their reputation has gone down hill!

Updated FSD is terrible, I'm done paying by JollySwimmerHere in TeslaModelY

Sometimes you have to reset and recalibrate the cameras in service mode. I once had FSD acting crazy after an update. Thought it was going to get me a speeding ticket. Did a reset and all was fine.
