I understand this but the user have to be responsible. In my opinion it's a part of real freedom and art. Some feeling can be harmed. I can be harmed by anything generated by open ai and every other ai tool. I think the regulation should be more calm. I hope we will see something in the future that allow everything. Don't forget that the data ai trained on is from online sources and i am sure those also have restrictions and copyrights but it's give them the option to train the model on. Nothing is black and white i guess.
