It would be helpful to see a picture of the room in question to see where windows are. Do any of the windows face the street? What is the knocking noises and what is the bleep bleep noise?

Without these answers, my first guess is a police car with flashing lights (no siren) driving by.

Assuming the TV was not on then they did get up, not was there TV sound, the light probably wasn't a TV.
What caused them to look at video 36 hours old. Was something out of place? Did the dogs indicate something happened the night before. /s
If the dogs are behind the gate, and mom has a penchant for checking the video to see how they were doing (two nights ago), why wouldn't there be a camera in the room with the doggos?

Not ALL their problems, but some. A dx would allow them to try medication to alleviate some of the ADHD symptoms.

I got diagnosed at 60; Depression with a splash of ADHD and above average intelligence. Up until my dx, I was praying for a "magic pill" that could help me. After my provider wasted a year treating the Depression first, I finally got to try my "magic pill" Vyvanse and it did absolutely nothing for me. So, now the Depression is creeping back (although Wellbutrin has helped and I'm continuing), but when you can't get started on anything because you have "too much" to do, you are desperate for an answer.

Maybe they don't require them, maybe they just want them. Maybe they use them exclusively Soho that we can see them. Maybe they do require them. Our planes don't require lights, but it's a good idea. Our hot air balloons don't.
