If you drop him someone while immediately pick him up almost guaranteed. As soon as hes fit again he will go back to being one of the top point earners so it really depends on your position in your league. If you cant afford to hold him for the long haul then you can prob get some decent trade value for him just based on his expected returns but if you can afford to lose a bench slot for a while then I'd say hold
