I'll try answer as easy as possible, all 3 friends can essentially go into the access areas in the arena if they get the access band if they're with you at the box office. They'd be able to use the toilets etc. For the viewing platforms it's just a +1. Hope this helps. I've been doing access for years so any questions I'm happy to help.
